Its working temperature is -20℃～120℃. 4. TQYG series vertical pipeline oil sump is used to transport such oil products as gas, kerosene and diesel oil. The temperature of transported medium is -20℃～+120℃. 5. TQHB series stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is applicable to transport inflammable chemical liquids. 6. TQGD series vertical low rotation speed centrifugal pump is applicable for occasions with low requirements for environment noise, air-conditioning circulation, etc.  产品概述Product descriptionTQG系列单级单吸立式离心泵是本公司采用IS型离心泵性能参数和立式泵结构之长，严格按照国家标准ISO02858及最高国家标准设计成功的高效节能产品，是代替IS型卧式泵、DL型泵等常规产品的新颖立式离心泵。流量范围1.5～1200m3/h，扬程范围8～150mm,分基本型、扩流型、A.B.C切割型等250多种规格。根据流体介质和温度不同，设计制造成同性能参数的TQR型热水泵、TQH型化工泵、TQYG(YG)型油泵和ZLHB型立式防爆化工泵，TQGD型立式低转速离心泵系列产品。TQGB系列便拆立式离心泵，在结构上进行大胆的改进设计，使构件间的配合更加稳固和精确，泵的外观结构由电机、联接件和泵体组成，传动部件由电机轴、爪型弹性联轴器、轴承座内的轴承、泵轴和叶轮组成。该泵维护保养只须拆卸爪型联轴器以下的传动部件即可。无须拆卸电机、联接件、泵体。该泵在长途运输、恶劣环境下均不影响性能，始终保持平稳。TQG series single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump is a new high-efficiency energy-saving product to replace such general products as IS horizontal pump and DL pump, which is designed by our company by adopting the advantages of performance parameters of IS centrifugal pump and structure of vertical pump as per the international standard ISO02858 and the highest national standard strictly. With a flow range of 1.5-1200m3/h and a lift head range of 8-150mm, it includes over 250 specifications like basic type, extended flow type and A.B.C cutting type. It is designed with series of products with different performance parameters in accordance with different flow media and temperature, including ZLR hot water pump, TQH chemical pump, TQYG (YG) oil sump, TQHB vertical explosion-proof chemical pump and TQGD vertical low rotation speed centrifugal pump. TQGB removable vertical centrifugal pump has a bold improved design in structure with a steadier and more precise match among components. Its outline consists of motor, connectors and body while its drive part consists of motor shaft, jaw elastic coupling, bearing in bearing housing, pump shaft and impeller. For its maintenance, it's only necessary to unload the drive part under the jaw coupling but not necessary to unload motor, connectors and body.
